Since 1999, we have sought to fulfill our mission, "inspiring Wonder and Excitement for Learning" through diverse programs, exhibits, and community partnerships. We promote literacy, science, engineering, technology, mathematics, fine arts, and cultural education by engaging families through hands-on learning!
Discovery Depot offers something for children of all ages! From our large scale Ferris Wheel to Ferris Acres combine, farm and Ferris Junction Village, imaginations can soar! For the artists, be sure to visit Blick Art Studio on our first floor.
On our second floor, check out WAVES our water feature area, BE amazed with the power and possibilities of air and in our OSF Children's Hospital of Illinois Science Classroom experience science, engineering and more!
Don't forget the outside exhibits! Visit our real caboose and Kids Crossing enclosed playground!
